PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server, an information providing support method and a program for supporting an information providing service between users and clients for simplification and facilitation thereof. SOLUTION: In a server 1, when predetermined information is transmitted from a client terminal device 2 in a server 1, the predetermined information is added an 's-memo' code and both are stored by relating to each other, and when user terminal devices 3 and 4 transmit an electronic mail having the 's-memo' code in its title, the code is extracted and predetermined information corresponding to the code is sent back by an electronic mail to the user terminal devices 3 and 4 desired by the users.
