PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a noise reducing device of a working machine which can easily be fitted to a nearly cylindrical or nearly columnar noise emitting part and obtain effective noise reduction effect. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a cylindrical body (11) made of at least one layer of a plate which is in contact with part or the whole of the noise emitting part (3). The cylindrical body (11) may be a spiral laminated body (11) formed by spirally winding a plate (12) or a cylindrical body (14) having an axial direction slit (15) at one place.
