PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect an emergency call device for analog line to an ISDN line. SOLUTION: The connector is installed between an ISDN line network and an ISDN terminal and in response to initiating operation from the emergency call device, the connection of the ISDN line network and the ISDN terminal up to the moment is completely released. Then, the ISDN line network is established by a new terminal adapter part and '110' and '119' can be called by the analog emergency call device connected to that new terminal adapter part. Besides, when the connection with the ISDN terminal is forcibly released, it takes some time before the recovery of a new line with the ISDN line network is established but such a problem can be solved by delaying the origination of the '110' or '119' call from the emergency call device for several seconds.
