PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller for vortex blower suitably usable for a vortex blower provided with a blade having a three-dimensional shape, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This impeller 1 for vortex blower is formed as a two-divided structure in which two-divided first divided blade 8a and second divided blade 8b are integrated to two-divided first blade casing 9 and second blade casing 10, respectively. The first blade casing 9 is fastened to the second blade casing 10 by a fastening means. According to such a structure, this impeller is easily conformable to a vortex blower having a complicated shape, and the blade shape of impeller can be three-dimensionally designed to sufficiently enhance the performance of the vortex blower. The reliability of the fastening part of the first blade casing 9 and the second blade casing 10 by the fastening means is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
