<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite broadcast common reception system capable of receiving a CS 100-degree satellite broadcast, together with a BS broadcast, CATV and two-satellite CS broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: A polarization branching filter 32 divides received signals of a BS broadcast and a CS 110° satellite broadcast by a BS-CS 110° antenna 31 into clockwise and counterclockwise polarized waves, converters 33, 34 convert them to intermediate frequency signals, and a mixer 35 mixes the signals with signals of a CATV 36 and outputs the mixed signal to a BS-CS 110° CATV tuner. A polarization branching filter 42 divides signals of a CS satellite broadcast received by a first CS antenna 41, and CS converters 43, 44 convert the divided signals to intermediate frequency signals. A polarization branching filter 46 divides signals of another CS satellite broadcast received by a second CS antenna 45, and CS converters 47, 48 convert the divided signals to intermediate frequency signals. A mixer 50 mixes output signals from the CS converters 43, 44, 47, 48 and outputs to a CS tuner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
