<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely improve engine startability. <P>SOLUTION: Combustion gas of a combustor 120 is supplied into an intake air side of an engine 10 at engine start and a carbon dioxide absorber 127 is installed in an exhaust pipe 126 for the combustor in which combustion gas flows. Since high-temperature steam from which carbon dioxide is removed by the carbon dioxide absorber 127 and activated high-temperature carbon monoxide are supplied into the engine 110, the ignition startability of the engine 110 is securely improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
