PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus 100 comprising a PTC heating member 102, and to improve the operation method thereof. SOLUTION: An electric apparatus 100 comprises a heating member 102 of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) and a first power source 106. The PTC heating member 102 is fed from the first power source 106 and a second power source which is supplied from outside through a power plug 112.
