PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit for an oscillator which is available for any television tuner of which a orientation point or a employed system is different. SOLUTION: The circuit is comprised of first and second oscillating transistors 11 and 12, third and fourth oscillating transistors 31 and 32, a first terminal 1a which is connected to the first oscillating transistor 11 base and the second transistor 12 collector, a second terminal 1b which is connected to the first transistor 11 collector and the second transistor 12 base, and a third terminal 1c which is connected to the third oscillating transistor 31 base and the fourth transistor 32 collector. Also, it includes the switching medium 39 and switch-transistor 37 in which an emitter is connected to ground and a collector is connected to pullup resistor 38 is connected to, so that the third terminal 1c can be connected to the switch-transistor 37 collector by the switching medium 39, and/or it can be connected to the third oscillating transistor 31 base and the fourth oscillating transistor 32 collector.
