Electronic device for determination of the physiological state of an animal comprises measurement sensors (12, 14) fixed to different positions on the body of the animal. The measurement data, collected by the sensors, is stored and then transmitted as an RF signal, via a transponder, to a computer with appropriate software at a distance of more than three meters from the animal.
