摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, because the scrolling direction and dominant hand are not regarded in a conventional information processing device, the difference of the amount of scrolling from the scrolling direction occurs even if an operator intends to scroll similarly.

SOLUTION: This information processing device can realize identical amount of scrolling by one scrolling operation to any direction by preparing a scrolling correcting rule setting means which sets a correcting rule of the scrolling, and an amount of scrolling calculating means which calculates the amount of scrolling based on the set correcting rule.
