PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication navigation system which can carry out searching and guiding the optimal route based on user information from a plurality of navigation terminal devices. SOLUTION: A route processing section 1b is composed of a route searching section 101 which searches a route up to the destination and determined a guidance route for each terminal device T on the basis of map data, information of the current position, and information of the destination of the terminal device T; a route guiding section 102 which carries out route guiding for the terminal device T along the determined the guidance route; an identifying section 103 which identifies unused guidance routes during the period when the route guiding is carried out for each terminal device T, and a route managing section 104 which manages the unused guidance routes for each terminal device T so that, in the case an identical unused guidance route is identified in the plurality of terminal devices T, the unused guidance route is inhibited from being used in the route searching after the identification.
