PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control substrate fitting method having simple operation and high operability and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost and a Western-style flush toilet utilizing the fitting method. SOLUTION: The Western-style flush toilet is provided with a Western-style stool 1 to be washed by washing water, a washing tank 2 arranged on the back of the stool 1 and capable of storing washing water, a function device capable of giving various functions to the stool 1, a control substrate for controlling the function device, and a tank cover 4 for storing the tank 2, the function device and the control substrate. The control substrate consists of a plurality of function substrates 6a to 6c divided in each function.
