PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically feed data by autonomously determining a destination which is one step lower in a hierarchy connected in a hierarchy form in regard to a data communication device by which the data to be transmitted can be automatically transmitted from a source to the destination. SOLUTION: A data communication device carrying out data communication with other devices connected by a communication network is constituted by being provided with a receiving means receiving through the communication network receiving record containing destination index information, a reference master table storing destination index information and destination identifying information to identify the address to be sent to, an extracting means to extract the destination identifying information corresponding to the destination index information contained in a receiving code received by the receiving means and a transmitting means transmitting through the communication network to the destination identified by the destination identifying information by forming a transmitting record which is destination information of the receiving record extracted by the extracting means and changed.
