PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure of a panel wall, which is suitable for a bathroom, a sanitary unit and the like, allows respective panels to be more firmly coupled together by a small number of members, and can further facilitate execution of work. SOLUTION: This coupling structure of the panel wall, in which the adjacent panels (7) are coupled together in the panel wall, is composed of: a coupling member (3) for coupling the two panels (7a and 7b) together; and a joint filler (4) which is to be inserted into a joint between the panels (7a and 7b). The coupling member (3) is composed of a first coupling material (1) on the backside of one panel (7a) and a second coupling material (2) on the backside of the other panel (7b). A piece-to-be-locked (22) of the coupling material (2) is inserted into a joint groove, and the joint filler (4) is inserted into a gap between one joint inner-wall constituting part (11) of the coupling part (1) and the piece (22), so that the panels (7a and 7b) can be coupled together.
