PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which respective ball taps and respective floating balls for running water and rainwater are installed in one low tank so as to control the quantity of the supplied running water and that of the supplied rainwater while being independent from one another or being affected by one another, and which can finally save the running water by utilizing the rainwater. SOLUTION: The ball tap 3 for the rainwater and the ball tap 8 for the running water are installed at two different places in the low tank 1; and the floating balls 6 and 11 and floating-ball coupling rods 5 and 10, which have proper shapes, are mounted at proper positions in the respective ball taps 3 and 8. In terms of the supply of the rainwater, the rainwater, which is stored in a rainwater storage tank 19, is supplied by utilizing a water pump 18, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
