PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the work processes of the even laying of pavement materials containing rubber aggregate for leveling in their prescribed smooth surface. SOLUTION: A pavement material HL containing rubber aggregate dumped on a road surface 15 is laterally sent by means of a lateral feeder 19, then evenly laid over the road surface with the laying action surface 53 of a laying device 21 and finished into a prescribed finish surface SL with the finish action surface 53 of a finishing device 23 connected via level differences d.
