PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge in which when a bridge is constructed on an existing road, an installation space of the bridge is small and the existing road can be served as it is, a construction method thereof, and a usage of the bridge. SOLUTION: In the bridge comprising a bridge pier erected on the ground and an upper structure placed on the bridge pier or the like, the bridge is constituted of a truss bridge pier 3 comprising a truss lower chord member 4 having a plurality of lower panel point parts and embedded to a lower floor slab 2, by protruding a part of the lower panel joint parts, a truss diagonal member 7 of which one end is joined to the lower panel joint part and the other end is joined to a plurality of lateral beams 13, and a truss upper chord member 8 joined between the adjacent lateral beams 13.
