PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoconductive flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with electric insulation, thermoconductivity and flame retardancy, and capable of exhibiting high adhesiveness owing to its followability even to members having large undulation. SOLUTION: This thermoconductive flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is composed of a sheet-like substrate and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer with thermoconductivity, electrical insulation and flame retardancy. The sheet-like substrate comprises an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and a thermoconductive electrically insulated filler. The adhesive layer comprises a (meth)acrylate-based copolymer and the thermoconductive electrically insulated filler, and optionally a nitrogen-containing phosphoric compound, an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol and/or a derivative thereof and has thermal conductivity of≥0.3 W/m.K.
