The cellular radio telephone transmitter (1) transmits symbol sets multiplexed in time intervals assigned to the user. There is a mechanism (11) separating each symbol set in an assembly of parallel symbols (do,k to di-1,k) and parallel units (12,o to 12,i-1) coding parallel relative symbols to the user using coding elements (Co,k to Ci-1,k) to the user. There are parallel means (13o0 to 13i-1) scrambling coded symbols with scrambled sequences, and parallel transmitters (14,0 to 15,0; 14,i-1 to 15,i-1) transmitting the parallel coded symbols.
