The Internet network communications has services furnished with a user identifier and associated information comparing operations. The server is commanded to communicate with the network and network request a server and verify the identifier with respect to a list of reserved norms with a local file. The information provides a list of registered names and verification of the identifier existence. When the identifier doe not exist in the distance file, the distant file is provided with associated information. When the identifier already exists, the identifiant provides distinctive characteristics to provide a non redundant identifiant. |
