PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent central blanking or scattering at the transfer time in a high-speed tandem type transfer process where a distance from a 1st transfer position to a 2nd transfer position is short, to prevent filming on a photoreceptor and a transfer body even in a long-term use and to prevent offset property while maintaining high OHP light transmissivity though oil is not applied.

SOLUTION: The toner is constituted by performing the mixing processing of toner base material including at least binding resin, a colorant and a fixing assistant and then performing the melting and kneading processing thereof by strong shearing force, and performing the surface reforming processing of toner particles processed to be fined by hot blast or the globing processing thereof by mechanical impact force.
