<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system of credit information on leasing real estate properties, capable of confirming the credit information of a lessor, when the owner of real estate leasehold property or the like concludes a lease contract. <P>SOLUTION: The management system is provided with a means for collecting money-receipt information, such as housing rent by connecting a contracted member's terminal 3 with an ANSER center 4 of financial institutions, a means for collating the collected money-receipt data with a hirer and performing money-receipt processing, a means for transmitting the data of causing money- receipt delay as a result of money-receipt collation to a service center 1 via a network 5, a means for registering/managing the credit information collected from a contracted member in a database 14, a means of performing authentication of the contracted member for a variety of requests from the contracted member's terminal, a means of inquiring the credit data of the database 14 when the contracted member is authenticated, and a means of collecting accounting information for the contracted member inquired of the credit information, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
