<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip-proof plate for improving drip-proofing in comparison with a conventional drip-proof plate. <P>SOLUTION: The drip-proof plate 20 is provided with a rectangular frame base 25 having an attaching plate for holding a buried wiring fixture, abutting on a front face and having a window hole 24 for exposing the wiring fixture, a cover 26 openable relative to the base 25 between positions for closing and opening the window hole 24 and a rectangular ring packing mounted to a back face of the base 25. A pair of screw passing holes 21 for passing box screws for attaching the attaching plate to a buried box is formed above and below the window hole 24 put between the screw passing holes. A drain wall 25b is provided in a region for surrounding the screw passing holes 21 and the window hole 24 on the front face of the base 25. Slits 22 for preventing a periphery from being distorted by fastening the box screws are provided in a region between the window hole 24 and the drain wall 25b on the left and right of the base 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
