PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain the fastening force of a bracket and a block body at a lower end of an air conditioner outdoor machine for a long period. SOLUTION: Upper faces of receiving parts 6 formed on both ends in the longitudinal direction of a synthetic resin block body 1 are provided with recessed parts 11 faced to the longitudinal direction of the block body, and washers 9 respectively having a hole part 8 on its center are accommodated in the recessed parts 11 to fit a synthetic resin connecting member 12 for connecting a bracket 7 and the block body 1, therein. A longitudinal wall of the accommodating part of the water 9 has a double wall structure, both left and right lower end parts of the air conditioner outdoor machine 5 are placed on the receiving parts 6 of the left and right pair of block bodies 1, and rivets 10 respectively having a shaft part 10a of a diameter larger than the hole part 8 are struck from an upper part of the bracket 7 to the washer 9 accommodated in a groove part 23 of the connecting member 12 from the upper part of the bracket 7, whereby the shaft part 10a of the rivet 10 and the washer 9 are connected.
