PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a dielectric filter, a dielectric duplexer and a communication device in which the filter and the duplexer are included, that are small in all and high in latitude for arrangement of balanced input/output terminals. SOLUTION: In a dielectric block 1, three exciting holes 2a, 2b and 2c are arranged to be coupled interdigitally, in which an opening part is made to be a short part and the other opening part or a near position of the opening part is made to be an opening part. Balanced input/output terminals 4a and 4c are arranged in the opening part of the both side exciting holes. A resonator hole 3b is arranged which couples with one exciting hole 2a out of the both side exciting holes. By this means, the small dielectric filter is composed with balanced input/output terminals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
