PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter capable of making a communication device compact as a whole while without increasing a loss of a transmission system. SOLUTION: The dielectric filter 101 comprises inner conductor forming holes 2a to 2c in a step structure forming inner conductors 3a to 3c on inner surfaces from one surface to the opposite surface inside a dielectric block 1, and an outer conductor 4, input terminals 6a, 6c and an output terminal 6b spaced from the conductor 4 on outer surfaces. The dielectric filter is utilized as a transmitting side filter, the input terminal 6a is usually utilized, and the input terminal 6c is utilized when a sneak-path wave from an antenna occurs. Thus, a signal is transmitted usually with a low loss, and a sneak-path wave when occurs is attenuated in the dielectric filter 101 to reduce the effect on the preceding stage circuit.
