PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant control device for efficiently controlling heat resistance to be radiated to a heat radiation side in order to efficiently radiate heat generated from electronic equipment to be used in a rigid temperature condition environment, or heat up the equipment so as to maintain the equipment within a prescribed temperature range in the case of shifting the current environment to a low temperature environment in accordance with a using condition. SOLUTION: A heating element fitting part is brought into contact with a radiator fitting part, a cylindrical part fitting a heater to its peripheral edge area is arranged, and a gap is formed between the heating element fitting part and the radiator fitting part by the thermal expansion of the cylindrical part. In the case of forming the gap and increasing heat resistance, i.e., in the case of warming up the equipment, power to be used for heating the heater is efficiently used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
