PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite connector device capable of easily locking an optical connection part and electrical connection part at the time of connection and capable of collectively releasing the locked state when disconnecting. SOLUTION: There are provided a composite connector 20 in which an optical connection module 30 and an electrical connection module 40 are integrated together at a clip housing 50, and an adapter 80 which comprises an optical connection cavity 81 and an electrical connection cavity 82. The locking mechanism in each cavity can lock or unlock by energizing the clip housing 50 toward connecting direction or receding direction. The adapter 80 is provided with a static electricity capturing means and a static electricity discharging means, while the contact at a electrical connection part is planted through an inner wafer. So, even if a material not appropriate for static electricity is used for the optical connection part, an electric circuit has no fear of being damaged by electrostatic destruction.
