PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick cooler that shortens the operating time of a motor for driving a compressor of an originally mounted refrigerant cycle system approximately by half, and reduces power cost by half only through placement inside a freezer and a refrigerator, by repeating a process of depriving any increase in interior temperature by opening and closing of a door of latent heat of vaporization to cool the interior quickly, cooperating with the refrigerant cycle system to return the interior temperature to normal, and starting condensation emitting slight heat. SOLUTION: A pressure vessel with fins stores acetic acid and ethanol, and is next charged with high pressure air to a given pressure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
