<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an organic EL element that, conventionally, the dried material powder is packed inside an element to suppress occurrence of dark spots caused by moisture for dust accumulation with a work in a clean room. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate of at least single ply or multiple-ply between an anode and a cathode which at least comprises an organic compound layer, and a sheet (porous plate) in which at least a dried material is born, are held between two substrates. With this configuration, the dried material is packed without being splashed by static electricity while the dried material is sintered at a high temperature, resulting in a higher moisture absorbing capability of the dried material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
