<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease unexpectant estimations in a service for making an insurance estimation through a network. <P>SOLUTION: If a user inputs as predetermined to transmits the input from a user computer 3 to a server 2, the server 2 collates the information with a past history and collates address information derived from a post code and a telephone number with the address information that the user has actually input when the user has made a request.
