<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a local hot spot from occurring on a heating type front glass. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive coat is divided into at least two sections, with each section insulated from each other, and a bus is disposed there, so that the currents flowing in the sections are constant. A transparent window 6 is isolated in a central section 8, and a nearby bus 4 is made to pass around three sides of the transparent window.
