<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of display irregularity of a liquid crystal display panel by uniformly holding a gap of a liquid crystal layer of the carrying liquid crystal display panel. <P>SOLUTION: A suction body 13 is provided with an optical sensor 22 for measuring a distance between the suction body 13 and a mother substrate 2 for the liquid crystal display panel and detecting that a distance between them is measured as a prescribed value, and in addition, an emission diode 23 for informing that the distance between the suction body 13 and the mother substrate 2 for the liquid crystal display panel is measured as a prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
