PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane foam sealing material with fine cell structure and having low gas permeability and high water stopping ability, by using an inexpensive PPG-based polyol and a chemically recyclable MDI-based isocyanate. SOLUTION: This urethane foam sealing material having water stopping ability is obtained from a polyol, an isocyanate and a foaming agent, where a PPG-based polyol is used as the polyol, MDI-based isocyanate is used as the isocyanate, and an organosilicone having reactive groups is used as a foam stabilizer, wherein the reaction fixing rate of the silicone compound is regulated within the range of 65 to 95%. Preferably, the silicone compound having reactive groups has an OH group as the reactive group, at least one functional group(s) and a hydroxy group value of≥10 mgKOH/g. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
