PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the ability to check and manage undelivered electronic mail and an access to a specific document. SOLUTION: The method comprises an identification information determination step of determining specific identification information including information that can be used to identify mail receivers for each electronic mail to be sent to a plurality of sender addresses; a browsing document acceptance registration step of registering a specific document to be browsed by the electronic mail receivers; a mail-undelivered user classification step of classifying mail receivers, corresponding to error mails that are returned, as mail-undelivered users; an extraction step of extracting information that can be used to identify mail receivers to whom the electronic mail is to be output when the electronic mail is selected; a specific document accessing user classification step of classifying mail receivers as specific document accessing users based on the extraction information; and a non-accessing user classification step of classifying mail receivers, who are classified neither as the specific document accessing users nor as the mail-undelivered users, as non-accessing users.
