<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tilt orientation features with simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: Inside of an external tube 2 made of dielectric material a whip antenna 6 is laid on so that E face directivity can intersect with long direction of the external tube 2, and resonate ring 14 is put in so as to close in on the whip antenna 6.
