<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle on a steep slope face capable of adjusting and keeping a driver seat and an engine in a horizontal position in accordance with the slope angle up to the maximum angle 90 degree, as well as automatically controlling the balance of the vehicle in order to secure safe operation for an operator. <P>SOLUTION: The working vehicle 1 having an undercarriage frame 2 and a driver seat 7 mounted on the undercarriage frame 2 is provided with a base frame 10 fixed on a working vehicle carriage, and an inclining cylinder 28 provided on a slide frame which slides within the base frame 10. The rod end of the inclining cylinder is pivotally attached to a bearing on the bottom face of the driver seat.
