PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic material having excellent magnetic properties to achieve miniaturization of transformers, or choke coils, or the use in a high-frequency region, and having excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The composite magnetic material comprises soft magnetic alloy powder and a non-conductive binder, wherein the soft magnetic alloy powder used in the heattreated composite magnetic material has a composition consisting of, by wt.%, 1-7% of an ingredient A, 2-8% Chromium (Cr), 0.05-0.6% Oxygen (O), 0.01-0.2% Manganese (Mn), 0.005-0.2% Carbon (C), and the balance iron (Fe), where the ingredient A contains at least one of silicon (Si), aluminum (Al), titanium (Ti), and magnesium (Mg).
