PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a thread of action becoming dark when a user navigates the inside of a panorama video. SOLUTION: Arrangement of the panorama video is obtained by applying a navigation command to the panorama video. The navigation command is made of either a navigation command given freely by the user or a specified navigation command related to the above panorama video. The type of the navigation command used at the specific instant is controlled automatically or by the user. Accordingly, this can avoid the thread of the action becoming dark when the user navigates the inside of the panorama video. This system is applicable to the navigation of the panorama video.
