PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuner with an excellent space efficiency and advantageous in the size of height and to provide a mounting structure of the tuner onto a circuit board. SOLUTION: The tuner is configured to comprise: a board 1 on which electronic circuit components are mounted; an enclosure 3 of a rectangular prism shape enclosing the board 1; and terminals 7 electrically connected to the wires of the board 1 and projected nearly in the middle of a plane of the enclosure 3 in parallel with the board 1.
