PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key sheet integrated with a film which is excellent in visibility, with a design of high grade. SOLUTION: A key sheet integrated with film 11 comprises a translucent resin film 12 and a translucent resin keytop 13. A resin injection gate G is provided to the backside 13a of the translucent resin keytop 13, while the translucent resin film 12 fits to the surface of the translucent resin keytop 13 except for the backside 13a. A front surface side decoration layer 15 comprising an opening 15a is provided to a rear surface 12a of the translucent resin film 12, with the resin injection gate G provided below the surface side decoration layer 15. The resin injection gate G is provided at such position as the angle of the straight line connecting the opening 15a with the resin injection gate G from a horizontal surface is less than 60°. A rear surface side decoration layer 18 having metallic luster is provided on the backside 13a of the translucent resin keytop 13, and the opening 15a is provided with a character display part 16.
