PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page browsing method by which the network traffic can be reduced and display processing of the Web page can be carried out speedily. SOLUTION: When a non-updated range file data is judged to be within an acquired Web page data in a process for analyzing the Web page data acquired from a Web server, a process for judging whether or not any non- updated range data exists in the acquired Web page data and a data judging process, a cache judging process for judging whether the non-updated range data file is already stored in the cache range or not and a process to acquire the non-updated range file data from the cache range or from the Web server according to the judgment result of the cache judging process are provided.
