PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize operated switches, including a multiple operation (push), among a plurality of switches. SOLUTION: The switching input judging device is provided with the first memory which has a plurality of area to store on/off information of a plural number of switches, the second memory which has a plurality of area to store address information of on-status switches detected by searching the first memory, and a control means which determines which switch is pushed from the address information of the second memory.
