PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device that can control a plurality of objects to be controlled at the same time with correspondence to an operation instruction input and its operating system. SOLUTION: An axis operating device 30 seeks corresponding a plurality of actuator control devices 20 and sends an operation instruction by referring to a memory 35 if the axis operating device 30 detects an operator operating an operating part 34.
