PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which adverse effect caused by wind is made less and no sway is realized for the display screen caused by wind pressure. SOLUTION: In the display device, a plurality of light emitting elements is mounted on a supporting body and the elements are controlled for light emitting so as to conduct a prescribed display. The device is provided with one or a plurality of light emitting element panels 50 which is made by arranging a plurality of light emitting element bars 80 having cylindrical transparent pipes 81 as external containers in parallel with prescribed gaps G and with respect to a support frame 50F and light emission control units (10 to 40 and 51 to 53) which include computers (11 to 13) that control the light emission of the bars 80 of one or a plurality of panels 50.
