PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing air conditioner which realizes the comfortable heating without enlarging an installation space at low cost. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 is installed between a heat source-side refrigerant cycle circulating a heat source-side refrigerant and a use-side refrigerant cycle for circulating a use-side refrigerant to thermally connect the heat source-side refrigerant and the use-side refrigerant for the cooling and heating in the use-side refrigerant cycle. A plurality of electric sheathed heaters 14 are installed in a refrigerant storage tank 6 composing the use-side refrigerant cycle, for heating the use-side refrigerant in the refrigerant storage tank 6, and a filter 15 composed of an incombustible material is mounted on a going- side connection port 9 of the refrigerant storage tank 6.
