<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively position with accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A first surface 1a and a second surface 2a are so constituted as to position a first component 1 and a second component 2 to specified positions along a specified axis (x). A first pattern 3 and a second pattern 4 are conductive navigation marks disposed on the first surface 1a and the second surface 2a. The patterns 3 and 4 are so constituted as to relatively move along the axis (x) while slide-contacting between both of them. The first pattern 3 and the second pattern 4 define at least a conductive channel 3, t<SB>p</SB>, t<SB>q</SB>that become at least one state of opening or closing depending on whether the first surface 1a and the second surface 2a reach the specified position of the movement along the specified axis (x), in cooperation, in the means and method for relatively positioning the first component 1 and the second component 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
