PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser for supplying contents of stable quantity to a cup according to the size of a cup. SOLUTION: In this beverage dispenser 1 for stably supplying contents of quantity to cups C of a plurality of sizes according to the size of the cup C, a reference sensor 20 is disposed close to a discharge port 13. This reference sensor 20 detects the upper part of the cup C regardless of the size of the cup. The reference sensor 20 is disposed close to the discharge port 13, so that the contents can be supplied to the cup C in a state that the mouth of the cup C is close to the discharge port 13 regardless of the size of the cup C. It is therefor possible to supply the contents of stable quantity to the cup C without considering the size of the cup C by adopting the reference sensor 20 and cup size detecting sensors 25 and 30.
