PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjusting device which easily and continuously performs the switching between a general mode for adjusting the wind direction and a wind direction characteristic mode for concentrating or diffusing the air. SOLUTION: A mode selecting means 6 for selecting the general mode for adjusting the wind direction of a parallel wind blown out from an air outlet port by rotating two or more blades 3 for adjusting the wind direction of the air blown out from the air outlet port in parallel to each other and the wind direction characteristic mode for diffusing or concentrating the air blown out from the air outlet port by each blade 3 is formed of one operation dial 6a, a rotating member 6b and a vertically and longitudinally movable slide link 5. Since the selection of the general mode and the wind direction characteristic mode is continuously performed by use of one operation dial 6a by vertically and longitudinally moving the slide link 5 by the operation dial 6a and the rotating member 6b, the operability is remarkably improved.
