PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that there exists an atmospheric temperature at which plant efficiency comes to the maximum in a combined-cycle power generation plant, and if an atmospheric temperature is lower than the above one, the plant efficiency is lowered. SOLUTION: A temperature detector 14, a heater 15, media supply means 16, a control valve 17, a valve opening control device 18 are provided at an upstream side of a compressor 1, thereby an intake temperature at a compressor inlet is made to increase to the desired temperature.
